The fully welded aluminium construction provides a robust framework that remains lightweight enough for easy manoeuvrability across a workshop floor. To reduce the risk of movement during use, foot-operated castor locks secure the unit firmly in place. Workers benefit from removable handrails that provide safe entry and exit from the work zone. Because it arrives flat-packed with standard fasteners, full-size bolt templates, and pictorial instructions, the system can be assembled quickly without specialised equipment, avoiding the long lead times associated with custom-built ladders.
