Bailey 1.8m Fibreglass Platform Ladder

Performing overhead electrical maintenance or facility repairs requires a stable, non-conductive base to reduce the risk of electrical shock. This professional-grade platform ladder is built for these high-risk environments, providing a secure elevated workspace for electricians and maintenance crews in industrial workshops or commercial plant rooms where safety and stability are the primary requirements.

The heavy-duty fibreglass construction ensures the unit remains durable under constant use while providing the essential Electro-Safe properties needed around live circuits. Users benefit from a large 500 x 400 mm standing area featuring a checker-plate deck pattern, which provides a secure, anti-slip surface for long periods of standing. The design incorporates a cast-alloy platform pivot bracket and right-hand section treads with cross-bracing to increase torsional rigidity, ensuring the ladder remains steady during movement. A Pro Punchlock style multi-function top cap allows for easy tool storage and cleaning, keeping the workspace organised and efficient.

This industrial performance model is rated for a load capacity of 150 kg and is manufactured to AS 1892. It features a 1.8 m size, 6 steps, and a 5-year warranty. The unit has an approximate product height of 2.745 and a product width of 0.713.
