Star Aluminium 1200mm Wide Self Levelling Stair

Getting workers safely up to platforms or vehicle beds on uneven ground often requires custom fabrication or risky makeshift setups. The Star Aluminium SLS1200x6 solves this by providing a stable, adjustable access point that adapts to the terrain. This unit is built for the heavy demands of construction sites, maintenance facilities, and industrial worksites where temporary but secure height access is a daily requirement.

Unlike standard ladders, this stair system features a double-width tread configuration that allows for better worker flow and load sharing in high-traffic areas. The self-levelling design means the unit can be adjusted to suit the specific height of the access point, reducing the risk of trips or slips caused by gaps. The high-visibility yellow bull nosing on each tread ensures that the edge of every step is clearly visible, which is a significant safety advantage in low-light industrial environments or dusty site conditions.

This aluminium stair consists of 6 steps with a 1200 mm width and an adjustable height range of 600 to 1400 mm. The stair angle is maintained between 37 to 45°, and the treads are finished with anti-slip aluminium and powder-coated yellow bull nosing.
