Description and applications
Industrial maintenance teams and site managers rely on these self dumping bins to manage high volumes of waste and recyclable materials across large facilities. These heavy-duty units are specifically engineered for the demanding environment of a commercial warehouse or processing plant, providing robust containment solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
The design allows material handling equipment, such as forklifts, to efficiently empty the bin contents directly into a bulk container. The process is straightforward: the operator catches the unit on the edge of the receiving container and reverses the forklift. When the tines clear the pivot point, the raised action permits a complete discharge of contents. While these bins handle large volumes of general waste, they are essential for maintaining organised storage areas where various items, including plastic crates and pallets, need secure collection.
These units come in three models to suit varying site needs, offering capacities from 0.95 cu.m up to 1.85 cu.m. They can handle a working load limit of 1500 kg. The optional wheel kits can be fitted onsite, making them ideal for sites requiring heavy-duty material movement and reliable waste containment.
