Description and applications
In busy warehouse environments and facility maintenance hubs, having a stable base for overhead work is essential. The Star SFP1500 is a 5-step aluminium folding platform that provides a secure elevated position for trade professionals who need more stability than standard ladders can offer during repetitive tasks.
This unit is built for rapid deployment and easy transport. A single operator can set up or fold down the frame, which collapses to a thickness of 320mm to fit inside vans or utes without taking up excessive floor space. To ensure safety during ascent, the hinged boom arm opens for access and closes automatically once the operator is on top, maintaining continuous edge protection. The anti-slip checker plate surface reduces the risk of slips while the user is positioned at height, allowing maintenance crews to focus on the job at hand rather than their footing.
Constructed from lightweight aluminium alloy, the platform features a 1500mm platform height and a 900mm handrail height. These specifications make it a reliable choice for the facility operations and warehouse settings mentioned above.
