Star Aluminium 4000mm Aluminium Landing Platform

Scaffolders and maintenance crews fit this aluminium landing platform where ladders meet elevated floors or mezzanines. It creates a stable, level standing area so workers can step off a ladder cleanly instead of balancing on a narrow rung while shifting tools or materials. The 4000 mm span covers wide openings and gives enough room for two people to pass during changeover. The platform bolts to structural steel or concrete using the integrated mounting points, and the serrated aluminium deck keeps grip reliable when boots are wet or dusty. Kick plates run the perimeter to stop tools rolling off, and the handrail posts accept standard tube rail for fall protection. Because the frame is aluminium, two installers can position and fasten it without a crane, cutting rigging time on shutdown jobs. It pairs with fixed vertical ladders, platform ladder systems or temporary access towers wherever a safe transition zone is required. The four-metre length and lightweight aluminium construction suit multi-level warehouses, plant rooms and roof access points. It turns an awkward ladder exit into a proper work platform, reducing fatigue and slip incidents during daily inspections or emergency egress.
