5500 Series Half Face Mask Small

The mask is designed as a reusable half face respirator with a compact small size for a secure fit. It features a flexible sealing zone that adapts to facial contours without collapsing or causing discomfort. All components are designed to be removed, cleaned and replaced individually, supporting long-term use and hygiene. The construction avoids latex, making it suitable for users with sensitivities to natural rubber.

It provides protection against airborne particles, mists and certain vapours when used with compatible filters. The low dead air space reduces the amount of exhaled breath re-inhaled, helping maintain comfort during extended wear. This design minimises heat and moisture buildup inside the mask, supporting better endurance in demanding tasks. Filters are sold separately and must be selected based on the specific hazard.

Ideal for use in manufacturing, maintenance, construction and similar settings where respiratory protection is required. The chin support structure helps maintain position and seal even during speech or movement. Exhalation valves are positioned to release breath quickly, reducing fogging and improving user comfort. The mask meets the AS/NZS 1716:2012 standard for respiratory protective devices.

Sold as a single unit, with cartons containing twelve masks for bulk supply. Each unit includes all necessary parts for assembly and maintenance. No filters are included with the mask; they must be purchased separately to match the intended application.
