Adjustable Single Leg Shock Lanyard

This lanyard is designed for single leg use and features adjustable length settings from 0.9 metres to 2 metres. It includes a triple action karabiner and a snap hook for secure attachment to anchor points and harnesses. The webbing is made from high tenacity polyester yarn with UV resistance for durability in outdoor conditions. Stitching is performed using computer controlled bar tacking machinery to ensure consistency and strength.

The lanyard incorporates an extended length energy absorber that reduces fall arrest forces, protecting users weighing up to 150kg when carrying tools and equipment. The energy absorber is engineered to deploy smoothly during a fall, minimising impact on the body. Drop forged hardware components provide reliable strength and resistance to deformation under load. Manufactured in Australia, the product meets the requirements of AS/NZS 1891.5:2020 for fall protection equipment. The webbing has a tenacity rating of 33kN and is matched by a unique THETA stitch pattern containing 313 stitches, ensuring uniform strength throughout. This design eliminates weak points in the system by aligning stitching strength with webbing capacity. The lanyard is BSI certified, confirming compliance with relevant safety standards.
