AerGO A1 P3 Combined Filters

These filters are designed as a direct replacement for AerGO PAPR systems, specifically compatible with R300000PA and R300000PHA units. Each filter combines A1 gas and P3 particulate protection in a single cartridge. The set includes two filters, intended for simultaneous use in dual-filter PAPR configurations. They are engineered to maintain consistent airflow and filtration efficiency over their service life.

The A1 component provides protection against organic gases and vapours with boiling points above 65°C, such as solvents and fumes commonly encountered in industrial settings. The P3 element captures fine particulates, including dust, mist, and fumes, offering the highest level of particulate filtration available in this category. Together, they deliver combined defence against both airborne hazards in environments where both gas and particulate exposure are present. Filtration performance is maintained under normal operating conditions as specified by the unit's design.

Intended for use in workplaces requiring respiratory protection where both gaseous contaminants and fine particulates are hazards, such as chemical handling, paint spraying, or maintenance operations. The filters are fitted directly into the AerGO PAPR unit's filter housing, ensuring a secure seal and proper airflow direction. They are not intended for use in oxygen-deficient atmospheres or as standalone respirators. Proper installation and regular inspection are required to ensure ongoing protection.

Each filter has a shelf life of ten years from the date of manufacture when stored in original packaging under recommended conditions. This long shelf life allows for strategic stocking without frequent rotation, provided storage guidelines are followed. The combined A1 P3 format reduces the need for multiple filter types, simplifying inventory and user selection. Filters should be replaced according to usage conditions, breakthrough indicators, or manufacturer guidelines, whichever comes first.
