Description and applications
These filters are designed as a direct replacement for use with AerGO PAPR systems, specifically compatible with the RPA530 and RPA530-HD models. They come as a matched pair to ensure balanced filtration performance. Each unit is engineered to integrate seamlessly with the respirator’s airflow system. The filters are intended for single-use replacement cycles based on exposure conditions.
The combined ABE1 P3 media provides protection against organic vapours, acid gases, and particulates, including ozone. The P3 classification ensures high-efficiency capture of fine and ultrafine particles. The ABE component targets specific chemical contaminants commonly found in industrial processes. Together, they deliver broad-spectrum respiratory defence in mixed-exposure settings.
Typical applications include chemical handling, paint spraying, and industrial cleaning where ozone or mixed gas hazards are present. They are used in manufacturing, maintenance, and remediation tasks requiring powered air purification. The filters are not intended for use in oxygen-deficient atmospheres or as standalone protection. Proper fit and unit compatibility are essential for effective protection.
