This safety knife features an auto-retractable blade that pulls back after use to reduce injury risk. The ergonomic grip is shaped to fit naturally in the hand, supporting extended use without strain. It allows for quick blade changes using a side-access mechanism and a simple push-button release. The handle includes a built-in storage compartment for spare blades.
The blade is made from durable Japanese SK-5 steel, known for holding an edge through repeated use. It cuts through materials like cardboard, plastic films, tapes, bubble wrap, and strapping with ease. The heavy-duty construction ensures reliability in tough conditions, making it suitable for daily industrial tasks. The rubberised grip enhances control, especially when wearing gloves.
Designed for both left and right-handed users, the knife adapts to different hand preferences. The single spring system ensures consistent retraction after every cut. A storage pocket in the handle holds up to ten replacement blades, keeping them accessible. Replacement blades are available in packs of ten or one hundred, compatible with models KB001-10, KB001-100, and KB009-10.
