Blue Flame Welders Gauntlet - Kevlar Stitched

The glove is constructed from premium split leather with reinforced palm and thumb areas for extended durability. A knuckle bar adds structural support to resist impact and deformation under heavy use. The entire interior is lined with flame resistant jersey fabric to shield against radiant heat and molten splash. Seams are welted to prevent unravelling and increase resistance to wear in high friction zones.

It safeguards the wearer from intense heat, flying sparks, molten metal splatter and mechanical abrasion common in thermal processes. The Kevlar stitching maintains seam integrity even when exposed to prolonged high temperatures. Protection extends to the forearm due to the 406mm length, covering vulnerable areas during overhead or angled work. This design meets EN388 for mechanical risks and EN407 for thermal hazards.
