Description and applications
This is a protective headwear designed for demanding outdoor work conditions. It features a vented broad brim that extends around the entire helmet to shield against sun and rain. The helmet is constructed from high impact rated ABS material, known for being strong, durable and lightweight. It meets Australian Standards AS/NZS 1801 for industrial head protection.
The hard hat provides defence against falling objects, UV exposure and wet weather. Its extended brim offers significantly more coverage than standard peak caps or older broad brim models. The design includes a removable access tab system for attaching cap mount earmuffs, which can be stored securely at the rear when not in use. This helps prevent loss of accessories during work.
Fit is adjusted via a ratchet wheel allowing one handed tightening or loosening. Inside, a premium six point terylene harness distributes weight evenly and enhances comfort during long shifts. The helmet is certified for three years of service from first use, with the harness requiring replacement after two years. It is suitable for use in construction, mining, utilities and other outdoor industries.
