Description and applications
The kit includes a safety helmet with an integrated flip-up visor designed for grinding and face protection. It features a belt-mounted powered air purifying respirator unit that delivers filtered air to the headpiece. A flexible hose with a quick-lock connector links the respirator to the helmet for continuous airflow. The system is supplied in a durable transport duffel bag for easy storage and mobility.
It protects the wearer from inhaling harmful dust, fumes, and particulates generated during processes like welding, grinding, and chemical handling. The respirator uses P3 particulate filters to capture fine airborne contaminants. The helmet and visor combination shields the head, face, and eyes from flying debris and high-speed particles. Audio, visual, and vibrating alarms alert the user to low airflow or battery issues.
Suitable for use in automotive repair, shipbuilding, and metal fabrication settings. Also applied in agriculture, food processing, and construction tasks involving woodworking or surface preparation.
