Clear Polycarbonate Lens

This is a replacement lens made from clear polycarbonate designed for use with specific face protection systems. It is intended to be fitted into a headpiece that supports slot-mounted visors. The lens does not include a chin guard and must be used with a separate guard if required. It is manufactured to meet safety standards for medium impact resistance.

The lens provides protection against flying debris, particles and moderate impact hazards commonly encountered in industrial or outdoor work environments. It blocks 99.9% of harmful ultraviolet radiation, making it suitable for prolonged outdoor exposure. An anti-fog coating helps maintain clear vision in varying temperature and humidity conditions. It is not designed for high-impact or chemical splash scenarios.

It is used in workplaces such as construction, manufacturing, mining or utility services where face protection is required. The lens slots into the EBF457 headpiece or similar compatible systems allowing for quick replacement. Different tint options are available for varying light conditions but this version is clear. Users should ensure compatibility with their existing headgear before installation.
