Double Adjustable Rope Lanyard with KT and RG Hardware

This lanyard is made from kernmantle rope featuring a strong inner core and a durable outer sheath that resists wear and abrasion. The design ensures reliable performance under load while maintaining flexibility during use. It includes two adjustable legs allowing users to set the length as needed for different anchor points. The hardware components are drop forged for strength and long-term reliability in tough conditions.

An extended length energy absorber is built into the system to reduce impact forces during a fall, helping to keep peak forces within safe limits for users up to 150kg including their gear. The absorber activates gradually to decelerate the fall smoothly, minimising injury risk. Stitching is done using computer-controlled bar tacking with UV-resistant polyester thread, each stitch rated to 100 newtons. This ensures the seams remain intact even after prolonged sun exposure and repeated use.

The lanyard is suitable for use in construction, maintenance, telecommunications, and other industries where workers operate at elevation. It connects to harnesses and anchor points to provide a secure tie-off during tasks such as roof work, tower climbing, or facade installation. The adjustable design allows for precise positioning and reduces excess slack. It is not a standalone device and must be used as part of a full fall arrest system.
