All metal components are drop forged for enhanced durability and resistance to deformation under load. Stitching along the lanyard is performed by computer-controlled bar tacking machines to ensure consistent precision and reliability. The thread used is UV-resistant high tenacity polyester, each stitch rated to withstand 100 newtons before breaking. This construction method helps maintain integrity even after prolonged exposure to sunlight and wear.

The lanyard is available with three alternative hardware configurations, allowing users to select the appropriate connectors for their specific anchorage points. Each version maintains the same core performance characteristics regardless of hardware choice. It is designed for single-leg use with a two-metre length and shock-absorbing capability.
