Elevated Work Platform Harness with Fixed Lanyard

This harness is designed for use with elevated work platforms and features a permanently attached lanyard for immediate fall protection. The webbing construction uses a specialised pebble weave pattern that enhances grip on buckles to prevent slippage during use. High tenacity fibres are treated to resist UV degradation and exposure to common solvents, maintaining strength over time. Reflective threads are woven into the material to improve visibility in low-light conditions, aiding worker identification on site.

The harness includes a large dorsal D-ring positioned for easy connection of fall arrest equipment, with a closed loop system that keeps the ring stable during a fall event. This design reduces the chance of hardware contacting the back of the head or neck. Extended belay loops allow straightforward attachment of carabiners and other hardware while keeping them centred on the front of the body. A sub-pelvic strap runs alongside the belay loops to shift the worker’s position away from hardware during a fall, lowering the risk of impact injuries.

Adjustment points on the chest strap and shoulders are articulated to improve comfort and accommodate different body shapes, including female users, by allowing a lower strap position. A service pouch is mounted on the rear of the harness for carrying small tools or accessories. All components are integrated to provide secure, comfortable fall protection tailored for elevated platform operations.
