Description and applications
This lanyard is designed for single leg use with adjustable length ranging from 0.9 metres to 2 metres to suit varying work positioning needs. It incorporates an extended length energy absorber to manage fall forces for users up to 150 kilograms including tools and equipment. The webbing is constructed from high tenacity polyester yarn with UV resistance and a tenacity rating of 33 kilonewtons, meeting AS/NZS 1891.5:2020 standards. Stitching uses computer controlled bar tacking with a unique THETA pattern featuring 313 stitches to ensure strength matches the webbing and eliminate weak points in the assembly. Hardware components include a double action karabiner and a double action scaffold hook, both forged from steel alloy for durability and reliable connection. The product is designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia with BSI certification to confirm compliance with relevant safety standards.
