The helmet features a solid ABS shell designed to provide reliable protection against falling objects and minor impacts. Its unvented construction ensures safety when working near live electrical components. The extended peak helps reduce glare from bright light sources, improving visibility during outdoor or high-illumination tasks. The shell is moulded to maintain structural integrity under varied conditions.

Inside, a six-point textile suspension system cradles the head, distributing force evenly to enhance comfort and reduce strain during prolonged wear. This system includes an adjustable wheel ratchet mechanism that allows users to fine-tune the fit quickly and securely. The suspension is made from durable textile materials that resist wear and maintain performance over time. It supports consistent positioning of the helmet on the head for optimal protection.

A four-point chin strap is included to keep the helmet firmly in place during movement or sudden impacts. The helmet is designed to work with specific clip-on hearing protection models, allowing for integrated use without compromising fit or safety. It meets recognised safety standards for impact resistance, temperature extremes, and electrical insulation. When undamaged, the helmet maintains its protective qualities for up to seven years from the date of manufacture.
