Description and applications
The 1.8L sharps safe is a compact, lockable unit for public and professional spaces where used needles must be disposed of safely and kept from tampering. It suits public toilets, clinics, workplaces and busy areas where a high visibility, secure unit is needed.
It is built from 1.5mm zinc finished in bright yellow powder coat for maximum visibility. The door is hinged and a disposal chute sits inside, which makes everyday use straightforward, and the vandal-resistant key lock, supplied with two keys, controls who can open it.
The safe houses the Fast Aid 1.8L sharps container, which is not included and is sold under code FSC018. Integrated slots let you mount it on a wall. Fixings are not supplied because the right ones depend on the wall type. It measures about 115 wide, 280 high and 115 deep in millimetres.
