Description and applications
The Motorist kit is a compact first aid kit for private cars and family trips, rather than work vehicles. It is small enough to sit in the glovebox or slide under a seat, and it is listed with the TGA under registration 128314.
It holds plastic plasters in two styles, wound wipes, an eye wash ampoule, an eye pad, a non-adherent dressing, a conforming bandage, a triangular bandage, gloves, splinter probes, scissors, tweezers, a thermal blanket and a resuscitation face shield, along with an emergency first aid information booklet. That covers the essentials for basic injuries on the road, and the contents are colour coded for quick selection.
The blue soft pack is made from tough, water-resistant backed fabric, with fold out compartments inside to keep everything tidy. Adjustable velcro belt loops are included for when you carry it away from the vehicle.
