Description and applications
Frontside safety glasses are built around a TR90 frame, a material that flexes under load and springs back instead of snapping. The arms are slim and bend easily, so they grip with little force at the temples and sit neatly under earmuffs, hard hats and other protective gear. Clear side shields add protection from the side without closing off the view to the edges.
The glasses are certified to AS/NZS 1337.1:2010 and rated for medium impact. A permanent hydrophilic coating keeps the lens from fogging when moving between hot and cold areas or working hard. The smoke lens is UV400, giving 100% UV protection.
They suit long shifts in construction, fabrication, warehousing and plant maintenance where glasses stay on all day. The clear lens covers indoor and low-light work and the smoke lens covers bright outdoor conditions.
