Full Face Respirator Chemical Kit

The kit includes a full face respirator designed for extended wear with a lightweight and balanced structure. It features a silicone facepiece that conforms comfortably to the user’s face while maintaining a secure seal. The harness is fully adjustable, allowing for a customised fit without pressure points. Protection is provided by the R703-ABEK1P2 filter, which guards against organic vapours, acid gases, ammonia and amines, as well as solid and liquid particulates. The filter’s low breathing resistance reduces user fatigue during continuous operation. A scratch-resistant polycarbonate lens ensures clear, wide-angle vision throughout the shift. The bayonet attachment allows quick and secure filter changes when needed.

Ideal for use in manufacturing, maintenance, cleaning and chemical handling tasks where airborne hazards are present. The kit comes with five cleaning wipes for lens and facepiece hygiene, a replaceable lens cover to prolong visibility, and a durable plastic container for storage when not in use. All components are stored in a resealable retail box for convenience and protection. The filter has a five-year shelf life from manufacture date, ensuring long-term readiness.
