Description and applications
Scaffolders, riggers and rope-access technicians fit this dual holster to their tool belt when they need two frequently used items , such as a podger and a spanner , secured but instantly reachable. The unit clamps to standard webbing and holds a retractor on each side, so tools stay tethered during climbs and lifts without tangling together.
Each retractor pays out smoothly under load and retracts the tool back to the hip when released, eliminating the need to hunt through a tool bag or pouch after every move. The split design keeps the lines separated, reducing snag points on structure steel or rope lines. Workers can swap tools in seconds by unclipping the carabiner, so changeover between bolting, tensioning and inspection tasks stays fast. The low-profile housing sits close to the body, clearing harness straps and ladder rungs.
