Designed for equestrian use, this protective brim attaches to most riding helmets to increase shade and sun coverage. Made in Australia from double-sided cotton drill, the fabric is rated UPF 50+ to provide a high level of protection against UV radiation. The design features a wide brim reinforced with flexible brimlock edging to maintain its shape during use. For a secure fit, the accessory uses a specialised peak holder combined with two adjustable velcro straps and a central wide elastic band. This ensures the brim remains stable on the helmet while riding. The product is classified as sun protective clothing in accordance with AS/NZS 4399:2017. Users can choose between a standard brim or a version that includes a neck flap for added coverage.
