Description and applications
These are the replacement blades for the A25 film slitter in this range. The slitter takes a small injector blade rather than a utility blade, and this is that blade: stainless steel, 38mm long, 8mm wide and 0.25mm thick.
Twenty blades come in a cartridge. The cartridge stores the blades safely and makes replacement simple, because a fresh blade is taken from it without handling the others.
A film slitter is used on stretch wrap, shrink film, bags and tape, and it only works well with a sharp edge, because film bunches up on a dull one. Keeping a cartridge with the slitters means the blade is changed when it should be, at a packing bench, a receiving dock or a store room. Used blades go into a blade disposal container rather than a general bin.
