Vision Safe Kool Ties Orange and Yellow - 20 Pack

Working through an Australian summer means core temperature climbs fast, especially when PPE traps heat against the neck. These evaporative cooling ties lower skin temperature through water-activated polymer crystals, giving crews a practical way to manage heat stress without leaving the job. The high-visibility orange and yellow colours keep workers visible while the cooling effect takes the edge off long shifts in direct sun or confined hot zones. Each tie is soaked in cold water for several minutes until the crystals expand into a gel, then worn around the neck where blood vessels run close to the surface. The cooling lasts for hours and the tie can be re-soaked on site as needed. Supervisors hand them out at pre-start for road crews, scaffolders, drill operators and warehouse teams loading containers. Because they are lightweight and reusable, they sit in a tool bag or esky without adding bulk, and the bright colours double as a visual cue that heat controls are active on site. Pack contains twenty ties in orange and yellow. Reusable polymer crystal construction. Activated by soaking in water. High-visibility colourway. Suits construction, mining, roadwork, warehousing and outdoor maintenance crews.
