The construction uses an open cell foam laminate, allowing the hat to be crushed or packed flat without losing its form once put on. It is suitable for workers and individuals engaged in various outdoor activities who require reliable head protection from the sun. To increase wearer comfort, the interior gusset is lined with terry towelling. This hat provides UPF 50+ protection. When selected in Large or Extra Large brim options, the product meets the AS/NZS 4399:2017 classification for sun protective clothing. The garment is washable and crafted in Australia for long term use in the field.
