P1 Moulded Respirator with Valve

This is a pre-moulded respirator designed for single-use protection in environments with airborne particles. It features a built-in exhalation valve to reduce heat and moisture buildup during extended wear. The nose bridge is shaped to conform to facial contours, helping maintain a secure seal. Two elastic straps hold the mask firmly in place without causing discomfort.

It filters out non-hazardous dusts, pollen, and similar particulates commonly encountered during light industrial tasks. The valve allows exhaled air to escape easily, improving breathability compared to non-valved models. It is not intended for protection against gases, vapours, or high-risk biological agents. The mask contains no metal components, making it suitable for use in food processing areas.

Typical applications include woodworking, light sanding, general cleaning, and low-risk medical support roles where particulate exposure is a concern. It is often used in workshops, maintenance areas, and food handling facilities where metal-free PPE is required. The product meets the AS/NZS 1716 standard for respiratory protection. Each box contains ten individually packed masks.
