The Pelican 0351 foam set is a replacement interior kit built to fit a specific pelican case model. It uses a pick-and-pluck design so you can remove cubes by hand and shape each cavity around the item it holds. That means spanners, meters, cameras or spare parts sit tight without rattling around during transport.
Each layer is pre-scored in a grid pattern. You press out only the squares that match the outline of your gear, leaving the surrounding foam intact for sidewall support. The set includes a convoluted lid layer, multiple pick-and-pluck core layers and a solid base pad. Installing it takes minutes: lift the old foam out, drop the new layers in, then customise the cutouts to match the day's load-out. Technicians, photographers and field engineers all use this system to keep sensitive equipment organised and cushioned against impact.
Supplied as a complete multi-layer kit with convoluted lid foam, pick-and-pluck core sections and a solid base layer.
