Loose equipment shifting inside a hard case causes damage and wastes time searching for the right tool. This three-piece foam set solves that problem by giving every item a dedicated, cushioned cavity inside the Pelican 1151 shell. It suits technicians, photographers and field engineers who move sensitive gear between vehicles, workshops and remote sites on a daily basis.

The kit includes a convoluted lid layer, a pluckable middle section and a solid base pad. Users press out pre-scored cubes from the middle layer to match the exact outline of each device, creating a snug fit that stops movement under vibration or impact. The lid foam holds the load down when the case is latched, while the base pad absorbs shock from drops or rough handling. Because the foam is open-cell polyurethane, it resists moisture and does not degrade when exposed to temperature swings common in Australian conditions. The pluckable design means the interior can be reconfigured when the toolkit changes, avoiding the cost of a new insert.
