The TrekPak system turns the empty shell into a fitted layout that holds each piece firmly during transit.

The kit uses a grid of aluminium U-channels and rigid divider panels that lock together with steel pins. You measure the equipment, snap the pins into the channel holes at the required spacing, and press the panels into place. No cutting tools are required and the configuration can be changed in minutes when the loadout shifts. The dividers sit flush against the case walls, eliminating the gaps where smaller items migrate during rough handling. Because the panels are thin, you recover usable volume that thick foam would consume, fitting more kit into the same 1505 footprint.

Supplied as a complete accessory set for the 1505 Air Case. Includes divider panels, U-channels, locking pins and a cutting tool for custom panel trimming.
