The kit uses a layered pick-and-pluck foam system that lets you tailor each compartment to the exact profile of your camera bodies, lenses, flashes and accessories. You simply remove the pre-scored cubes to match your kit layout, creating a snug fit that holds gear firmly without pressure points. The convoluted lid foam adds a cushioning layer on top, while the base and wall sections support heavier items evenly across the floor of the case. Because the foam is open-cell polyurethane, it resists moisture absorption and does not degrade with repeated compression cycles, making it reliable for daily location work or long-haul freight.
