The Pelican 1615AirTP TrekPak insert transforms the 1615 Air case into a configured camera case for photographers and videographers moving gear between shoots. It replaces the standard foam with a rigid divider system that locks lenses, bodies and accessories into dedicated bays, stopping movement during transit across tarmac, tarmac or rough track. The insert sits flush inside the shell so the lid closes without pressure points on sensitive equipment.

Each divider panel uses a hook-and-loop connection that peels apart by hand, letting you resize compartments around a new kit in minutes rather than cutting fresh foam. The padded walls absorb vibration from vehicle travel and airline handling while the rigid core holds shape when the case is stacked in a hold or ute tray. Photographers can lift the entire insert out as a single module, carry it onto a set, then drop it back in for the return flight. The black finish keeps a low profile on location and hides scuffs from repeated packing cycles.

Supplied as a complete TrekPak kit with divider panels, base pad and lid organiser. Fits Pelican 1615 Air case interior dimensions.
