Description and applications
Organising a pelican case interior for specific kit loads is the job this divider set solves. The TrekPak system replaces generic foam with a reconfigurable grid of wall panels and locking pins, letting technicians build exact compartments for cameras, drones, test instruments or hand tools. It turns a standard protective case into a purpose-built kit carrier that keeps every item locked in place during transit across site or in the back of a ute.
The panels score and snap to length by hand, so you can adjust the layout on the bench without power tools. Stainless steel pins lock each wall into the base grid, creating rigid cells that resist vibration and impact. Because the system is removable, the same 1605 shell can be repurposed for different load-outs , swap a survey kit for a splicing tray in minutes. The divider material resists moisture and chemicals, so it suits workshop, field and marine environments alike.
The kit includes pre-scored divider panels, a base grid, and a full set of locking pins designed for the 1605 model. No cutting tools are required for configuration.
