This foam set solves that problem by turning the empty cavity of a 1606 Air case into a fitted organiser where every item has a dedicated recess that holds it firm during transport.
The kit uses a layered pick-and-pluck design so the user can tailor the layout without special tools. Start with the convoluted lid foam to cushion the top face, then remove pre-scored cubes from the base layers until each device sits flush and immobile. Because the foam is engineered specifically for the 1606 Air dimensions, the fit is exact from the first cut, eliminating the trial-and-error gaps common with generic sheets. Technicians, survey crews and photographers can reconfigure the interior when the loadout changes, keeping the pelican case relevant across multiple jobs.
