It transforms the empty shell into an organised protective case for sensitive instruments, electronics or hand tools that move between the workshop, vehicle and job site. The kit includes a convoluted lid layer, a pluckable middle section and a solid base pad so every item sits in a dedicated cavity.

Technicians pull out the pre-scored cubes from the middle layer to match the exact outline of each piece of kit, whether that is a multimeter, a radio handset or a set of spanners. The convoluted lid foam presses down on the secured items when the lid closes, stopping vertical shift during transport over corrugated access roads. The base pad cushions the bottom of the pelican case against hard impacts when the box is set down on concrete or thrown into a ute tray.
