This five-piece foam set solves that problem by giving you a complete interior package designed specifically for the Pelican 1661 shell, turning an empty cavity into an organised storage system for site or workshop use.

The kit includes a convoluted lid layer, a base layer and three pick-and-pluck middle sections. Each middle layer uses pre-scored cubes that you remove by hand to create snug pockets around cameras, meters, hand tools or spare parts. Because the foam is open-cell polyurethane, it cushions impacts without absorbing moisture, and the layered approach lets you adjust the depth of each compartment as your kit changes. The lid convolute holds the top layer of gear in place when the case is closed, preventing vertical shift during transport.
