The Pelican 9470M is a remote area lighting system built on a mobile chassis for rapid deployment across large work zones. It delivers high-output illumination without relying on mains power or generator cables, making it a practical work light for roadworks, mine sites and emergency scenes where grid access is limited or non-existent. The wheeled frame allows a single operator to reposition the unit as tasks shift through the night.

Each mast extends to raise the LED array above head height, casting a broad, even wash that reduces shadows around plant, scaffolding and excavation edges. The rechargeable battery pack runs the system for extended shifts without the noise, fumes or refuelling logistics of a petrol generator. Controls are positioned at waist level so operators can adjust intensity or aim without climbing or tools. The sealed housing resists dust and water ingress, so the unit stays online through rain, mud and airborne grit common on civil and resource projects.
