Shipping and storing a pelican case without its own outer box leaves the latch and hinge exposed to impact and dust. This printed kraft carton is cut to the 1450 footprint so the case slides in square, the lid stays shut, and the corners take the knocks that would otherwise mark the shell. Warehouse crews can stack pallets higher without the cases shifting, and freight forwarders see the model printed on the side so the right unit reaches the right job site.

The single-wall kraft board resists tearing when the box is pulled from a wrapped pallet, and the printed panel removes the need for separate labels or marker pens. Packers simply fold the flaps, tape once, and the load is identified.
