Description and applications
A printed kraft carton built to fit the Pelican 1500 case. It gives warehouse teams a ready-made outer box so the hard case ships without custom packaging or loose fill. The carton slides on in seconds, keeping the waterproof case clean and its latches protected from impact while it moves through freight networks or sits on a dispatch pallet.
On a busy loading dock the carton removes the need to tape up sheet cardboard or hunt for a box that fits. Staff simply place the protective case inside, fold the flaps and strap the parcel. The printed face carries handling marks and model identification so receivers know the contents without cutting the seal. That speeds up goods-in checks and reduces the chance of a case being opened in transit to verify the order. The kraft material resists tearing when stacked and writes cleanly with marker pens for additional site notes.
