Polypropylene Corrosive Storage Cabinet

This storage unit is constructed entirely from white polypropylene, providing a durable and chemically resistant enclosure. It features a single door with a flush-fitting design and rebated edges for a clean appearance. The cabinet includes one internal shelf made from the same material, along with matching shelf supports. All panels are joined using plastic welding to ensure integrity and prevent leaks.

It is designed to resist damage from highly aggressive corrosive chemicals, including sulphuric, hydrochloric, and nitric acids. The material prevents degradation that would occur with metal cabinets when exposed to such substances. A liquid-tight sump at the base captures spills, enhancing safety during use. No metal components are present internally or externally, eliminating corrosion risks.

The cabinet is suitable for placement on workbenches due to its compact footprint. Spring-loaded hinges ensure the door closes and latches automatically after use. A handle with key lock and internal latch provides secure access. A vent kit is included for optional installation, and rubber feet are fitted to stabilise the unit. Optional extra shelves can be added as needed.
