Portwest Bump Cap

This protective headwear features a classic bump-cap design with built-in ventilation ports to enhance airflow during extended wear. The structure includes a rigid inner shell made from impact-resistant ABS, paired with a soft padding layer to absorb and disperse energy from minor bumps. A hook and loop fastening system allows the wearer to adjust the fit securely around the head, ensuring stability without discomfort. The outer layer is constructed from durable high-density EVA, which contributes to both longevity and wearing comfort.

The cap is designed to shield the wearer from low-level impacts such as those caused by accidental contact with fixed objects, overhead fixtures, or equipment in confined spaces.
