Single Leg Adjustable Shock Absorbing Lanyard

This lanyard is designed for single leg use with adjustable length ranging from 0.9 metres to 2 metres to suit varying work positioning needs. It features a snap hook on one end and a triple action scaffold hook on the other for secure attachment to anchorage points and harnesses. The webbing is constructed from high tenacity polyester yarn with UV resistance to maintain durability in outdoor environments. Stitching is performed using computer controlled bar tacking machinery with a unique THETA pattern that ensures consistent strength across the entire length. An extended length energy absorber is integrated to reduce fall arrest forces for users up to 150 kilograms including tools and equipment. All hardware components are drop forged for enhanced strength and resistance to deformation under load. The product is engineered to match the webbing strength of 33 kilonewtons, eliminating weak points in the fall arrest system. It meets the requirements of AS/NZS 1891.5:2020 and has been certified by BSI for compliance with Australian and New Zealand safety standards. Manufactured locally, it is designed and built to withstand harsh conditions while providing reliable fall protection.
