This lanyard is constructed from a 12mm kernmantle rope designed for durability and controlled elongation under load. It features an integrated shock absorption system that reduces impact forces during a fall event. The assembly includes certified hardware components for secure connection to anchorage points and harnesses. Manufacturing processes use computer-controlled bar tacking with UV-stitching to ensure consistent seam integrity. The energy absorber is engineered to manage forces for users carrying tools and equipment within specified limits. All materials are selected for resistance to environmental degradation including UV exposure. The lanyard extends to a working length of two metres allowing mobility while maintaining fall protection. A forged D-ring transition point serves dual purposes as a load-bearing connector and a stowage aid for the unused leg.
