Stratex 30L Carry Bag Spill Kit – Chemical

Stratex supplies a compact, portable response pack built for small hazardous chemical incidents. The kit arrives in a tough, colour-coded carry bag fitted with a strong handle and holds two 1.2 metre absorbent socks, twenty absorbent pads, one bag of granular absorbent, a pair of red PVC gloves, two contaminated waste bags, two cable ties and a spill response instruction sheet. Every component is selected to work together so the user can contain, absorb and dispose of dangerous liquids quickly.

The absorbents are formulated to tackle a broad range of hazards including acids, alkalis, caustics, corrosives, solvents and unidentified fluids. Socks act as barriers to stop flow toward drains or sensitive equipment while pads soak up pooled liquid. Granular material works on sealed floors such as concrete and asphalt as well as unsealed ground like gravel or dirt, giving flexibility across different surfaces.

Because the bag is lightweight and easy to stow, it fits in truck cabs, toolboxes, service vehicles and laboratory cupboards. When an incident occurs the responder grabs the bag, carries it straight to the scene and follows the printed instructions. Personal protective gear and waste bags are included so clean-up meets basic safety requirements without needing extra supplies.
