Vision Safe Torpedo Clear Frame Safety Glasses

Eye injuries from flying particles, dust and splash incidents remain one of the most common preventable incidents on Australian worksites. The Torpedo clear frame safety glasses address that problem directly, giving tradespeople a lightweight barrier that stays in place during grinding, drilling, cutting and general assembly work. Because the frame sits close to the face without pressing on the temples, it reduces the temptation to remove the glasses during long shifts, keeping protection consistent from pre-start to pack-up. The wraparound lens design extends peripheral coverage so debris approaching from the side is deflected rather than slipping behind the lens. Clear polycarbonate maintains true colour recognition, which is essential when reading instrument panels, wire colours or material markings in workshops, fabrication bays and maintenance sheds. The moulded nose bridge and flexible temple tips accommodate a range of head shapes without slipping when the operator leans forward or looks up repeatedly. These glasses pair naturally with other ppe supplies such as nitrile gloves, ear muffs and a hard hat, so the whole kit moves together without interference. Weighing only a few grams, the Torpedo frame meets the demands of daily indoor and low-light outdoor tasks where tinted lenses would reduce visibility. The clear lens transmits maximum available light while still shielding the eyes from impact hazards. For crews who need reliable, comfortable eye protection across multiple trades, this model delivers a practical fit that stays on the job.
