Description and applications
This is a rechargeable headlamp designed for use in potentially explosive environments. It uses LED technology to produce white, red and green floodlight beams. The housing is made from engineered polymer for durability and chemical resistance. It features dual switches on the front for easy operation while wearing gloves.
The headlamp protects against accidental ignition in flammable gas, vapour or dust atmospheres. It is certified as intrinsically safe for Zone 0 and Zone 20 hazardous locations. The IP-67 rating ensures it remains sealed against dust and water immersion. Impact resistance allows it to survive drops from up to two metres.
It is commonly worn on hardhats or helmets in oil and gas, mining, chemical processing and confined space operations. The adjustable ratchet tilt lets users aim the beam where needed. The non-slip elastic strap keeps it secure during movement. Battery safe mode prevents unintended activation during transport or storage.
