This is a three layer wet weather jacket designed for flame resistance and high visibility. It features a storm flap front closure with stud fasteners and no velcro components. The jacket includes an adjustable hood that fits over hard hats and side pockets for hand warming. Internal lining combines modacrylic and cotton for added comfort in cold conditions.
It safeguards wearers from brief thermal exposures caused by flash fires and electric arcs. The fabric resists ignition and self-extinguishes when exposed to flame. Electrical protection is provided through arc rating performance in workplace safety standards. The material also limits static buildup to meet safety requirements for hazardous environments.
